• If you are looking to insulate Walls we have products suitable for both traditional brick block cavity walls, timber frame walls both traditional and breathable,  solid brick or stone walls.
• Our products are suitable for use in New Build projects or for refurbishment of existing properties.
• Our range of natural sheep’s wool insulation and Sustainable recycled plastic insulation is particularly suited to older properties which need to breath.

Cavity Walls

Kontrol Building Products have a great choice of Natural sheep’s wool insulation and Sustainable recycled plastic cavity wall insulation. There are many versions of the standard brick block cavity wall and some common examples of how to use Kontrol Building Products insulation can be found in “Wall Insulation – Applications”.

• Brick & Thermal Block Cavity Wall – Supaloft Green recycled plastic insulation
• Brick outer – Supaloft Green/Premier Wool* sheep’s wool insulation
  *note Kontrol Premier Sheep’s Wool Insulation is not suitable for use in a standard Brick Block Cavity Wall.

Solid Walls

Kontrol Building Products has a range of insulations that are suitable for solid walls either for refurbishment projects or new build designs

• Solid Brick – Kontrol Premier Wool sheep’s wool insulation, Multi foil insulation, Supaloft recycled plastic insulation
• Stone Walls – Kontrol Premier Wool, Multi foil insulation, Supaloft

Timber Frame Walls

As with cavity Walls there are many designs of timber frame wall but again Kontrol has the solution.  Examples of common timber frame designs can be found in “Wall Insulation – Applications”.  Whether its traditional brick outer timber frames or more specialist systems Kontrol has an insulation product that will do the job.

Kontrol R1.9

In just seven thin layers, an R-Value of 1.9 is achieved and as Kontrol R1.9 is BBA approved you can be confident in using this multi-foil insulation for your building requirements.

Ideal for refurbishment projects Kontrol R1.9 can be used in either above or below rafter solutions with most traditional secondary insulants.
