An airtight multi-foil consisting of three layers of polyester microfibre wadding separated by two inner metalised foils. These layers are then encapsulated by two aluminium coated fabrics which are bound together along both edges.

On application the foil tape is used to ensure the structure is both air and moisture tight. With its impressive R Value of 1.9, Kontrol R1.9 should be as a single layer product, which when combined with a secondary, traditional insulant can achieve a U-Value of 0.2 or below.

Product Durability	Kontrol R1.9 is rot proof and does not tear easily. When installed as specified it will have a life equivalent to that of the roof structure of which it is incorporated.
